You may enroll yourself for the group class to maintain fitness and well-being or have personalized one-to-one class to address your requirements and goals.

Our online Live Yoga classes are conducted in a live set up via ZOOM by highly experienced teachers and are not pre-recorded.

• Timings for the Group class Morning- 7:15 to 8:15 am. And evening 4.30 to 5.30 pm. From Monday to Friday.
• You can avail one free trial class for group yoga session.
• For personalized class, timings can be booked according to your’s and instructor’s availability and can be done via ZOOM, Skype or Google duo.
• We can offer private yoga classes for the small groups of 3 to 5 members.
• Fees for online class:
  1.) Group yoga class- Rs 2500 PM
  2.) Personalized classes – Rs 800 per session
  3.) (For two person- Rs 1200 per session)
• Fess can be paid by Bank account transfer, Paytm, Google pay
